AUTO WP - TERMS OF USE

AutoWP is operated by Neuralabz Ltd.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AutoWP, including AutoWP Cloud, plugins, APIs, dashboards, AI-powered services, and related features ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms").

If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

AutoWP is a fully automated AI-powered content generation and WordPress automation SaaS that may include but is not limited to:

  • AI-based content generation, rewriting, and planning
  • Automated keyword research and scraping
  • RSS, Google News, website, and third-party source processing
  • WordPress automation via plugins, APIs, and cloud infrastructure
  • AI agents performing autonomous actions on behalf of the user
Note: AutoWP operates as-is and as-available and relies on third-party services, AI models, APIs, and external data sources.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use AutoWP.

By using the Service, you confirm that you have the legal authority to enter into this agreement.

4. NO REFUNDS - FINAL & NON-REVERSIBLE PAYMENTS

ALL PAYMENTS MADE TO AUTO WP ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE.

By purchasing or subscribing to AutoWP, you explicitly acknowledge and agree that:

  • No refunds, partial refunds, chargebacks, or payment reversals will be issued

This includes but is not limited to:

  • Subscription fees
  • One-time payments
  • Usage-based fees
  • Credits, tokens, or balances

Refund requests due to:

  • Lack of satisfaction
  • User error
  • Misconfiguration
  • Incompatibility
  • AI-generated content quality
  • Business outcomes, SEO results, or rankings

will be rejected without exception.

Digital services, AI processing, and instant-access software are consumed immediately upon activation and therefore not eligible for refunds under any circumstances.

5. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting AutoWP support first constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

AutoWP reserves the right to:

  • Immediately suspend or terminate your account
  • Permanently revoke access to services and data
  • Submit evidence to payment processors disputing the chargeback
  • Recover losses, fees, and damages resulting from fraudulent disputes

6. User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for:

  • All content generated, published, or distributed using AutoWP
  • Compliance with local laws, copyright rules, and platform policies
  • Ensuring you have rights to scrape, rewrite, or republish content
  • Any SEO, legal, reputational, or financial consequences

AutoWP does not guarantee originality, rankings, traffic, monetization, or compliance.

7. AI Content Disclaimer

AI-generated content may be:

  • Inaccurate
  • Incomplete
  • Outdated
  • Biased
  • Incorrect

AutoWP does not provide legal, financial, medical, or professional advice. You must independently review and verify all outputs before use.

8. Prohibited Use

You may not:

  • Use AutoWP for illegal activities
  • Abuse, reverse-engineer, or exploit the Service
  • Attempt to bypass limits, billing, or safeguards
  • Resell, sublicense, or white-label without written permission

Violation may result in immediate termination without notice.

9. Service Availability & Changes

AutoWP may:

  • Modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature
  • Change pricing, limits, or availability
  • Perform maintenance or updates

No liability shall arise from downtime, data loss, or feature changes.

10. Termination

AutoWP may suspend or terminate access at its sole discretion, including for:

  • Abuse
  • Fraud
  • Chargebacks
  • Policy violations

Termination does not entitle you to any refund.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

AutoWP shall not be liable for:

  • Lost revenue or profits
  • SEO penalties
  • Content removal
  • Data loss
  • Business interruption
  • Third-party actions

Total liability shall never exceed the amount paid by you in the last 30 days.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles.
