By accessing or using AutoWP, including its plugins, APIs, dashboards, and AI-powered services ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

AutoWP provides AI-powered content generation and WordPress automation services, including:

  • AI content generation, rewriting, and planning
  • Automated keyword research and scraping
  • Processing of RSS feeds, news sources, and websites
  • WordPress automation via plugins and APIs
  • Autonomous AI agents acting on user instructions

The Service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis and relies on third-party services and APIs.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement.

4. Subscriptions, Billing & Payments

  • AutoWP operates on a subscription and/or usage-based billing model.
  • By subscribing, you authorise recurring charges based on your selected plan.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
  • You are responsible for managing your subscription and billing settings.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital and AI-powered services, fees are generally non-refundable once the Service has been accessed or used.

However, refunds may be considered where required under applicable consumer laws, including Australian Consumer Law.

6. Chargebacks & Disputes

You agree to contact AutoWP support before initiating any chargeback or payment dispute.

Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in account suspension and recovery of associated costs.

7. User Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for all content generated and published using the Service
  • You must comply with copyright laws and third-party terms
  • You must ensure you have rights to use any scraped or processed content

You are responsible for ensuring that any data you submit to the Service complies with applicable data protection, copyright, and privacy laws.

8. AI Content Disclaimer

AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable.

AutoWP does not provide legal, financial, or professional advice. You must verify all outputs before use.

9. Prohibited Use

  • Illegal or harmful activities
  • System abuse or exploitation
  • Bypassing limits or safeguards
  • Unauthorised resale or redistribution

10. Service Availability

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without prior notice.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms or misuse of the Service.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, AutoWP is not liable for indirect or consequential losses including loss of revenue, SEO impact, or data loss.

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the preceding 30 days.
